FAQs
Our priority is a healthy smile and your best possible experience.
First Visit - Should I come earlier?
It would be a good idea to arrive 10 minutes early for your first visit so that we can complete your personal file and medical history. If you have a recent panoramic X-ray, it would be helpful to bring it along.
How can I overcome my fear?
Modern dentistry is miles away from the horror stories of the past. New techniques for pain management and anxiety allow us to approach patients painlessly, turning the dentist visit into a pleasant experience.
I’m embarrassed, you haven’t seen worse.
As hard as it is to believe, we assure you, we have seen it all! Every mouth is unique, and the causes of dental problems vary. We are not here to judge you or “scold” you but to help you address your dental issues. After all, nothing is unsolvable in dentistry!
How can I prepare my child for their first visit?
Describe the procedure as a fun experience, a game where they will become their own dentist, observe their mouth, count their teeth, and learn how to keep them bright and healthy. Of course, at the end, they will be rewarded for their effort!
